The NAD 402 AM/FM Stereo Tuner is a classic example of NAD’s no-nonsense hi-fi philosophy, delivering excellent radio performance with a simple, understated design. Built in the early 1990s, it focuses on sound quality and reception sensitivity rather than unnecessary features, making it a reliable choice for serious listeners.
With its highly sensitive FM section, the NAD 402 is capable of pulling in weak stations with clarity, while maintaining low distortion and a well-balanced, natural sound. The tuner includes both automatic and manual tuning modes, allowing easy access to strong stations as well as precise adjustment for more challenging signals. Preset memory lets you store your favourite AM and FM stations for quick recall.
