Crafted with meticulous attention, the Waiheke S-Ultra is a symphony of innovation, showcasing a unique blend of Silver-Copper alloy conductor - a synthesis of pristine Monocrystalline Copper, Silver-Plated and Non-Plated High Purity Copper. Each conductor is cryogenically treated at the in-house cutting-edge facility and encased in select Cross-Linked Polyethylene XLPE dielectric. Furthermore, the signal is supported and reinforced by premium Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), air-tubes, and natural cotton for optimal vibration control and signal integrity. The Waiheke S-Ultra unfurls sonic landscapes with finesse, its harmonious resonance echoing the spirit of the island, rendering every note with unparalleled clarity.
Innovation continues in the Waiheke S-Ultra with the introduction of the nano Quell Technology (nQT), a pioneering ingenious masterpiece. This highly sophisticated, multi-layered composite, treated with coatings of advanced nano-sized materials positioned beneath the solid Natural Walnut Wood ring, provides exceptional vibration control, resulting in clean and refined clarity. The combination of the solid Natural Walnut Wood ring and premium hand-polished stainless-steel rings ensures both durability and aesthetic appeal. This pioneering design showcases the commitment to push the boundaries of engineering and craftsmanship in premium audio technology and the relentless pursuit of a pure and elegant sound experience.
The commitment to excellence of the Waiheke S-Ultra extends to its meticulously designed factory-terminated connectors, with an array of BFA Banana and Spades connectors on either end to choose from. Each connector, cast from a single block of pure Red Copper, is adorned with Nickel-free Rhodium plating with Silver and Gold undercoat, and boasts an exterior crafted from Chromium-plated Brass and cocooned in the signature Solid Walnut Wood housing.
Breaking free from convention, a proprietary cold-welding process is used to bind the conductor to the connector, bypassing the need for the traditional soldering process and sidestepping its drawback of heat-induced crystalline deformations, delivering the auditory purity you deserve.
