Both power delivery to the cartridge and music signal transmission employ a current-drive and current-transmission methodology — an approach inherently less susceptible to the influence of phono cables and contact points than conventional voltage transmission.

The practical benefit is significant: the impact of cable length, cable quality and connector characteristics is minimised, allowing the full potential of the optical cartridge to be drawn out regardless of the phono cable used. Heat Dissipation Duct Design
