The CD-10 is a fantastic addition to our electronics of the 10 Series, a modern CD player designed for compact High-End system to bring the magic of music in your living room.
Gold Note's new CD player is the perfect digital source to rediscover your library of CDs, it will make you fall in love again with your favourite artists. Choose your CD, load it, sit down, press play, close your eyes, take a breath, and let the music fill the space around you all the way to your heart.
Each disc will reveal nuances you never experienced before, bringing you all the joy and pleasure of true high-quality listening. This is the ultimate expression of the art of reproducing sound and with the CD-10 Gold Note have crafted a little big masterpiece that will keep you engaged and playing music for hours on end.
As a modern digital source, the CD-10 can be easily controlled from the ultra-clear touchscreen display, the rotary knob or the multifunction remote. With both digital inputs and outputs, it’s also extremely versatile.
The precision CD mechanism is engineered for high-performance audio and extracts every bit of information from the disc to accurately create a pure digital signal stream. This is fed into the premium D/A converter, the AKM AK4493, our favourite design by the leading Japanese manufacturer for its unmatched quality.
The stream is converted into an analogue signal with incredible musicality and organic richness, preventing any distortion while preserving the entirety of its dynamic range to deliver a sound that’s detailed and real as it can be.
Every single component – from the mechanical chassis to the electronic circuits – has been carefully chosen and tested to achieve the very best in terms of sound quality, lowering the noise floor to the minimum so that you can enjoy the most subtle of decays.
The CD-10 can be upgraded with the addition of the PSU-10 EVO, the external power supply that will further enhance the performance of the player and enable even finer details, powerful sound and refined presentation.
