Floor-standing presence in a cabinet that stays out of the way is the Cresta 30's real argument. At 825 mm tall, it gives a full tower's stance without the bulk that dominates a modest room.
A 130 mm polypropylene cone covers bass and midrange, with a soft-dome tweeter taking over above the 3 kHz crossover, so that vocals and instruments are intended to sit within a single driver's range. The rear-ported bass reflex cabinet is designed to give enough low end that smaller to medium rooms can do without a separate subwoofer, and the 90 dB sensitivity with an 8 Ω nominal impedance shape any amplifier conversation.
