Plenty of current on tap is what sets this pre-loved NAD apart: a classic stereo power amplifier for owners who want demanding loudspeakers driven without unnecessary complication.
The 120 W per channel rating comes with dynamic figures of 160 W into 8 ohms and 220 W into 4 ohms, a reserve designed to keep the amplifier working comfortably when a loudspeaker's impedance dips. Two sets of binding posts (A/B) let two speaker pairs be connected, and balanced XLR input sits beside RCA, so balanced and unbalanced sources both connect directly. A trigger output lets it switch on with compatible components, so it can follow the rest of the system at power-up.
It suits a two-channel system built around speakers that ask for real current, or a home setup wanting a straightforward power stage with dual speaker outputs and balanced connection.
