Pro-Ject T2 Turntable with Ortofon 2M Red Cartridge
The T2 sensibly enhances our critically acclaimed T1 formula, introducing many new audiophile features, setting new standards in its new price-range.
Ortofon 2M Red- 2M Red is an all-purpose cartridge that delivers open, dynamic sound with a slight touch of warmth. Featuring an improved engine, which provides an increased output of 5.5 mV and an optimised sound reproduction and a high level of sonic accuracy. It also comes equipped with a tipped Elliptical diamond and split pole pins with a copper wire.
Spring-based Anti-Skating - The T2 comes with a brand new adjustable spring-based anti-skating mechanism that optimises its performance
Highest Quality Materials - The elegantly crafted CNC-machined plinth has been expanded in size to enhance stability and is available in striking finishes such as High Gloss Black, Satin White, or Walnut. It boasts a construction free of plastic components and meticulous manufacturing that eliminates any hollow spaces within, effectively preventing unwanted vibrations within the chassis.Furthermore, the glass platter in the T2 has been made heavier and thicker compared to its predecessor, ensuring a zero-resonance design that effectively eliminates the shortcomings associated with plastic or lightweight steel alternatives.
Pro-Ject Stereo Box E Integrated Amplifier
The Stereo Box E is the all-in-one solution for your hi-fi system. The circuitry is purpose-designed for correct and proper hi-fi stereo enjoyment. Where other modern affordable amplifiers often prioritise features over quality, the Stereo Box E ensures there are no corners cut to maintain a level of audio quality that is usually seen in much more expensive amplifiers.
The Stereo Box E boasts a fully analogue preamp, ensuring no detail is lost from input to output. The low noise power amplifier provides you musical sound with lifelike characteristics.
With its 7 inputs you are ready for any kind of source device. It offers a phono RCA input for MM, MI or high output MC cartridges as well as two line inputs for e.g. the CD Box E. You can also connect digital sources like your TV or a CD transport via the coax or optical S/PDIF inputs and use the excellent Stereo Box E high resolution DAC. If you want to stream your music from your mobile phone, tablet or PC you can simply connect to the high definition AptX HD capable Bluetooth 5.0 input. The USB-C output on the back distributes clean power to many modern streamers, meaning you will not need a separate power supply for them.
Use your headphones to enjoy your favourite songs on your own. Connect them with the 6,3 mm jack connector and the Stereo Box E automatically switches the output to your headphones.
