SPECIAL EDITION DRIVERS

The Series 7 Special Edition range features all-new driver designs for greater realism and emotional connection. A new SE Teardrop 25 mm soft-dome tweeter and 70 mm mid-dome deliver smooth dispersion and lifelike detail, seamlessly blended with custom mid-bass drivers using rigid paper-pulp cones in cast-alloy baskets. Dedicated bass drivers with larger voice coils and greater excursion provide tight, dynamic control.

ADVANCED 4.5-WAY CROSSOVER NETWORK

The Excalibur S7SE employs a newly developed 4.5-way, bi-wire-ready crossover network, meticulously engineered for precision, control, and musicality. Dedicated circuits feed the SE tweeter and mid-dome, while parallel midrange circuits drive twin 6½-inch drivers. These are supported by a bass-shelf extension design powering twin 6½-inch bass drivers, delivering deeper reach and greater low-frequency authority. Together, this architecture allows every element of the music to breathe and unfold naturally.

Premium polypropylene capacitors and precision air- and ferrite-cored inductors preserve signal integrity and seamless driver integration — delivering the scale, depth, and emotional authority that define the Richter Series 7 Special Edition sound.

NEW S7SE TERMINAL PLATES

Richter’s new S7SE terminal plates are Bi-wire ready and use heavy-duty, high-quality Nickel-plated binding posts which accept a variety of connector types, including bare wire, pin connectors, spade connectors and banana plugs. Just remove the Jumper plates for direct speaker wiring access to the High Frequencies (Tweeter and mid-range) and Low Frequency (Bass)
