Crystal-Clear Dialogue — The Centre Channel's Primary Purpose

The Solstice C3 has been designed with a single primary objective: to reproduce dialogue with remarkable precision and clarity. Positioned beneath the screen, it ensures voices are perfectly clear, sounds are precisely localised, and the viewer's sense of immersion is fully realised — even in acoustically challenging rooms.

Its sealed-box design — no visible port — promotes precise and controlled sound reproduction, and allows far greater flexibility in placement than a ported design. Whether integrated into AV furniture or positioned on a shelf beneath a display, the Solstice C3 performs consistently, without the bass lift or placement sensitivity that ported designs can introduce.

For those who need to minimise height — within a furniture unit, for example — the Solstice C3's base is removable. Removing it reduces the speaker's height by 3cm, to just 20.5cm, enabling truly discreet integration into AV furniture without acoustic compromise.

TZ2540MG — The Same Horn Tweeter as the Solstice 8 & 3

Tonal consistency across a home cinema system depends entirely on the tweeter — the driver that carries the most directional and timbre-critical information. The Solstice C3 uses the same TZ2540MG 25mm barrel-shaped magnesium alloy horn tweeter as the Solstice 8 and Solstice 3, complete with its new phase-alignment component for optimised high-frequency dispersion and its barrel-shaped horn profile for reduced coloration and improved room integration.

The result is a centre channel whose high-frequency character is indistinguishable from the front left and right speakers — ensuring that film soundtracks and music reproduction move seamlessly between channels without any shift in tonal balance or character.

Natural Cellulose Midwoofers — Power and Naturalness

Two 16cm natural cellulose pulp midwoofers — the same driver architecture as the Solstice 8 and Solstice 3 — handle the Solstice C3's mid and bass frequencies, built on the new Solstice-series die-cast aluminium basket with arch-shaped acoustically neutral structure. Their natural cellulose membranes reproduce timbres with finesse and maintain excellent responsiveness across a wide dynamic range — ensuring that both the subtlety of a whispered conversation and the power of an action sequence are reproduced with equal accuracy and authority.

Designed to the Smallest Detail

The Solstice C3 carries the Solstice range's attention to detail from front to back. The new champagne-finish terminal block — compatible with both stripped cables and banana plugs — is housed within a silicone ring whose sculpted pattern echoes the cabinet design, extending the speaker's visual identity across a full 360°. Available in Teak, Birch, Black Ash, and White, it integrates visually with the Solstice 8 and Solstice 3 in any finish combination.
