Our thoughts

A five-disc changer that swaps discs without interrupting the album playing, which suits listeners who like to line up their next disc before the current one finishes.

The full-opening tray lets you load the next selection early. Pure Direct shuts down the digital output and turns off the display, which is designed to reduce noise on the RCA outputs. The front USB port plays FLAC and WAV files up to 96kHz/24bit, so a file library can share the source with the CD shelf.

It suits a listener who wants a multi-disc CD source with analogue or optical outputs and USB playback too. This pre-loved unit is almost new and in excellent condition, with the original purchaser having owned it only a few weeks. Cables and remote are included, but there is no original packaging. We have acquired this almost new Yamaha CD-C603 5 disc CD changer in the silver finish. The original purchaser only had the unit for a few weeks and the unit is in excellent condition. The unit comes with cables and a remote but NO packaging.

A TRULY UNIQUE CD CHANGER

Play X Change allows you to change CD's while the CD on play will keep playing. Enjoy uninterrupted music while also exchanging your favourite CDs. In addition, the CD-C603 has a full opening disc tray for changing 5 discs at the same time.

HIGH QUALITY SOUND

The CD-C603 plays music with sound full of dynamics and clarity. There has been further upgrades in the sophisticated internal layout of the CD-C603 making sound quality even better.

In addition, not only CDs, it also provides high-quality play of music files (MP3, WMA, AAC, WAV, FLAC) stored on USB memory devices via a USB port on the front panel.

PURE DIRECT

The CD-C603 offers Pure Direct, which is the same popular feature included in Yamaha amplifiers and receivers. By pressing the button on the front panel or on the remote control, it shuts down the digital audio output and turns off the display. This achieves the lowest possible noise interference and, therefore, the highest sound quality of the analogue audio output.
